Need a hand?

Online rooms are for exactly four players, each on their own iPhone. Guests need to ready up before the host can start. On your own? Tap Play against the computer on Home: Pip, Juno and Otis join your table, with Easy, Normal or Sharp difficulty.

Tap Create a room and share the four-letter room code, or use the share button in the lobby. Friends tap Join with a code. If you’re already on FaceTime, tap Play with SharePlay in the lobby.

Reopen the app to reconnect to your seat. Disconnected seats are held for 10 minutes; after that you’ll need a new invitation from the room.

In a room, all four players need Bring drawings to life switched on before the round starts. Daily image limits and provider delays can also skip a reveal. That never affects scoring or the next round, and your drawing is always kept in your gallery.

Open Settings in BLUFF and change Bring drawings to life. The change applies to future rounds.

Check that BLUFF has microphone access in iOS Settings › BLUFF, and that you haven’t muted room voice in BLUFF Settings. FaceTime audio has its own separate controls; muting BLUFF does not mute FaceTime.

Finished rounds go to your gallery, which keeps up to 20 rounds on your iPhone. Open a round to save it to Photos. Long-press a gallery card to delete it.

BLUFF is free to play today. If paid features are added later, they will be billed by Apple. You can see and manage any App Store purchases or subscriptions in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
